We are completely satisfied, it started with the fact that we had to wait a few minutes in front of the door until a table became free, after a few moments a waitress came with 2 glasses of champagne as a small compensation for our patience. The taste of the food was very well coordinated. My wife was enthusiastic about the salad and her pizza, the price and performance are right, the staff is very nice and fulfills every request. We really enjoyed the evening at the Rialto, we will definitely be back on our next trip to Braunlage . The Google Restaurant Tester.

Today we pre-ordered 6 pizzas to be picked up, which we waited 1.5 hours for. The pizzas were tasty and reasonably priced. One pizza stuck to the box quite strongly. We can recommend the Rialto.

All right, but nothing special We had a soup and two pizzas, everything was delicious and the price was normal. Menu was nothing special, tables were disinfected but data was not recorded. Staff was nice, except for one or two inappropriate comments.

Great food at fair prices. The service was friendly and we felt very comfortable. Our daughter is still very happy about the Schleich giraffe ? We have been to the Rialto several times and would love to come back. A little tip: make sure to reserve a table, otherwise you hardly have a chance.

The implementation of all hygiene regulations is impeccable. Masks are not only available to all staff, but are also worn over the mouth AND nose. Toilets are clean. Pizza is excellent from the bottom to the top. The service is very nice and always attentive despite the fully booked shop. Even our special requests for food are taken into account without errors.

We order here very often because it is simply the best pizza in town. When the sun is out, the outside area is highly recommended. It is important to make a reservation, otherwise there are only tables available very late. The food is always fresh and very tasty. The ice cream is also fresh and homemade. All in all a very good Italian restaurant and can be recommended without reservation!

Bad availability by phone, no bread as a starter, 50 min waiting time for two small ones! Pizzas, hectic and impersonal staff, waitresses with long open hair, malt beer in a Sinalco glass. In the end, pizzas had too dry a bottom that could hardly be cut with blunt knives. Edge not edible. Fortunately, you are not asked whether everything is okay. Instead, the cellar comes to cash in despite the requested card payment. Price was ok. Cleanliness impeccable. The next hunger is satisfied elsewhere.

Eaten good and cheap and tasty today. In times of Corona, as everywhere, you have to have time and understanding for your employees. It all takes a little longer. After the card was brought, we unfortunately had to wait until the order was placed. We would have liked to have had drinks since it was very hot that day. The food was really tasty and flavorful. Here the boss was attentive again and gave me a fish meal. In any case, I would love to come back.

The restaurant was very well attended, perhaps also because it is one of the few in Braunlage that is open on Mondays. On the whole, we were also satisfied, the quality of the food and drinks was good. What we didn't like, that we were not asked where we would like to sit, we were simply seated outside, there was no indication that there was actually no more space inside. Some of the service staff unfortunately noticed the stress of the crowded place. Unfortunately a bit rude and quick-tempered. The drinks and the tablet were "thrown" on the table with the words: "You have to do that yourself".

Reservation needed. Braunlage is currently very crowded. The reservation went smoothly. The service was perfect (all service staff were friendly and attentive,) the order arrived in a reasonable time); the food was also perfect. We had Saltim Bocca and Pizza Quatro Formaggi, wine and water. This is the best Italian we have visited recently.

Italian restaurant with a very distinguished look, located in the main street of Braunlage where everything is lively! The pizzas are delicious, the dough crunchy, the food fresh, the spicy tomato sauce, the good quality mozzarella. As for the service, it is very pleasant; the waitress saw that we didn't speak German and adapted by speaking English, she even said goodbye to us with a "have a good evening" in French! Adorable! Ice cream, a German specialty, is a bit big for one person, except for ice cream lovers!

The food and service was good. The service friendly and quick. The veal was a bit dry and the pizza was half a minute too long in the oven, so the bottom was a bit too hard. Definitely just an exception. You can eat well here.

The pizza is delicious and the drinks were ok. I recommened the 4 Formaggi. That was awesome! I would recommened to go there for dinner.

The white wine, pizzas and salad on a bread were great. So so delicious. The price was less than expected for such yum food. 2 pizzas + salad + 2.5 beers + 0.5 lt wine + 1 soft drink = 50€!! The service was good although we would have liked a few smiles.

Delicious ice cream from the window but make sure you check how much they charge you. The young man charged us for 5 scoops and we only had 4. "Es war nicht absichtlicht" he says (it wasn't on purpose) and perhaps not, but come on mate, how difficult is it to count to 4?! 1,2,3,4....5?

We were here on a Friday at 7.30 p.m. and in the 1.5 hours we were there was a long line in front of the restaurant - so make sure to reserve if you like the menu. Our food was really delicious and the service was always friendly despite the high occupancy! Alone we found it relatively warm inside. But then the ice cream was really the right thing at the end.

Unfortunately not to be recommended at all. Both our pizza and pasta were swimming in oil. The plates went back half full because it was just not edible. Abdominal pain included. The waitress didn't even ask if it tasted good or something was wrong (apart from the fact that she should have seen it). Once and never again. Maybe we just had bad luck, but we will probably never find out. At least with the drinks everything was okay.

Were there for the first time today. Despite the large crowds, we quickly got a place. Tomato soup was delicious and the spicy pizza deserves its name. 5 stars for food, service and ambience. Treat yourself ?

Pizza's are good size and very tasty. There us a lot of choice, pizza or otherwise. Service is quick. It would be nice if the plates where the pizza is served on is a bit warmer so the pizza doesn't cool to much

Pizza was ok. The modern and cozy interior gives a nice atmosphere.

Great place to go when in need of Italian food. We had 2 pizza and tortellini. For dessert Tiramisu. Pizzas are really good and the crust is magnificent. Tortellini tasted great. Because of language we got a pizza with mushrooms instead of just ham. No worries. They fixed it within 8 minutes without any fuss. Just got a new pizza. Staff is friendly and prices are good. But be aware that reservations may be needed. Especially during vacation time. We were there in week 42 where there a good amount of tourists in Harzen. We managed to get a table from 17:00 to 19:00. A lot of walk-ins had to be turned away.

Genuine Italian food. Delicious. Service was friendly and authentically Italian.

Was here yesterday with my girlfriend. Had only one place outside, but the nice service has us as soon as it was possible a place inside organized. Despite full house we did not have to wait very long for our pizzas. The pizzas were very good. The price was completely okay. All in all a very nice evening with good food

Had not ordered, but got a table a short time later. Service was very nice. Tables were freshly wiped, but smelled of dirty cloth ?. Pizza was tasty but undercooked, especially not to the brim. All in all it was delicious and okay.

Great ice, great coffee (really, it was a great coffee), and great service. Free iced water, shaded outside area, and the pizzas looked so good! (We will be back for pizza for sure)

Disappointing. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating. Maybe I should have ordered pizza. I ordered the lasagne and pizza bread, and neither of them were good at all. The lasagne was very strangely seasoned, and not in a good way. The pizza bread box smelled so strongly of burned garlic, that I was afraid of even opening it to see what was inside. Once I opened the box, I found that the pizza bread was strewn with raw crushed garlic. Ugh. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is that the lasagne was pretty huge, which would have been good if I could stomach the flavor of it.

The food is decent. The free wifi (only one I found in this town) is great!
